OUR PURPOSE

To empower and equip individuals and organization to fulfill their, God given, call and purpose.

Fulfill the Commandments of Jesus Christ found in - Matthew 22:37-39 

³⁷Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ ³⁸This is the first and great commandment. ³⁹And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ ⁴⁰On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Love one another - John 13:34, 15:12 15:17
³⁴A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. ¹²This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. ¹⁷These things I command you, that you love one another.

Fulfill the Great Commission - Matthew 28:18-20

“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

OUR VISION

To Spread the Good News and the ministry of Jesus Christ in the Local, National and Global Communities as found in - Luke 4:18

¹⁸ “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; ¹⁹ To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”

OUR MISSION

To provide organizational covering, spiritual direction, education opportunities and a network of resources to Equip the Saints found in Ephesians 4:11,12 and 2 Timothy 3:16,17

¹¹And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, ¹²for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, ¹³till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;

2 Timothy 3:16,17 - All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, ¹⁷that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

OUR VALUE

• To the Individual to know they do not walk alone
• To the family to know they are part of the family of God
• To the Community to know that we work together for the good of the community

The greatest value we bring is the WORD of God to a lost a dying world. Those who are called and learn what God has to offer become better citizens, friendlier neighbors and more concerned about their communities, families and the future of their environment.

Learning Truth and recognizing where our source of life comes from, builds a greater respect for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Happiness and joy can be found in Jesus Christ, His Father the creator of all things and The Holy Spirit which connects us all.

SCC members strive to practice; living in small group communities, loving one another as Jesus teaches and bringing God's love and compassion to the world through local communities.
